Science Fair

On Thursday March 25th, the computer lab was packed. There were many girls walking with poster boards through the hallways. The school had many sophomores, juniors and, seniors stressing out about their projects. The science fair was March 27, 2010 in the high school lunchroom. Jenelle Martin said, “The science fair was a rush and should have been planned out. We needed more room. I felt we were crowded." Her experiment for physics was called Eggs In A Bottle for her physics class . Kathy Valente takes Anatomy. She enjoyed the science fair. From the Anatomy class, she was a winner for first place. Kathy said, “My hard work really paid off." Overall it went very well. Many girls put their efforts into making their poster boards and explaining them to the judges. Ms. Stephens said that the judges were impressed by the way the students presented themselves. Many of us enjoyed the science fair. The incoming seniors cannot wait for next year’s science fair that will be hosted by the school.
