It’s time for National Honors Society week. This week will involve the members of NHS doing fun things around the school. National Honors Society week will include the following events: student-teacher appreciation which is on March 1, 2011, fat Tuesday which is on March 8, 2011, a fundraiser that will be held on March 16, 2011, and a movie night which will be on March 18, 2011. NHS week will take place at Our Lady of Tepeyac High School. Members are doing this because it reflects the four traits of NHS: leadership, service, character, and scholarship. Hopefully, the student body will have a better understanding of what N.H.S is and what they stand for. - Ciera :)
